Intellectual Property

We protect our proprietary technology with an extensive portfolio of issued and pending patents. Since 2002, we have maintained, through various agreements, a 20-year exclusive worldwide license and a right to grant sublicenses of our Lm Technology™ from the University of Pennsylvania.

Currently Advaxis has 29 granted patents and 35 pending applications in the United States, in addition to having 54 granted foreign patents and 55 pending foreign applications.
